You have an account if you are an MVHC member, or have made any previous donations to MVHC or SI sponsorships, even if you have never logged in before.  When you log in, you may have to create a password.  You will then have the option of "Bill to my account" on the payment page, and can subsequently pay by check or from an advisor fund.
